The power of open work space

The open plan office is a concept highly touted by many technology innovators. Facebook and Google are trendsetters for large organizations to have key executives working alongside the rank and file employees. It isn't uncommon to see employees diligently working at computers with headphones on when needing to concentrate on a task without the outside interruptions. This is something Mark Zuckerberg is famously quoted as being, "wired in" as Facebook was developing its early social network platform.
